Randi Eckenrode is a dietitian who specializes in dietetic counseling. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and from there she earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics in 2007. She began dietetic counseling in the fall of 2008 and has been practicing for the last 9 years. She married her husband in 2011 and added a son to her family in 2012 and a daughter in 2014. Randi and her husband are currently expecting their third child.

Randi also created a 12-week “Get Fit” program which allows people to follow a nutrition plan for 12 weeks that focuses on overall health. The program teaches people how to eat healthy, find a balance that fits their lifestyle, and make changes that last a lifetime. During the 12 weeks, participants will be held accountable by a weekly individual weigh-in, given recipes and cover a new topic each week.
