Dr. Sleppy has been practicing in Indiana County since 2002 and opened his own practice in 2007. Known for his thoughtful, results-focused care, he’s helped countless patients navigate a wide range of health concerns by applying a deep understanding of how the body’s systems work together – especially the neuromuscular and skeletal systems.
With 100 hours of post-doctoral training in applied clinical neuroscience, Dr. Sleppy also brings specialized insight to cases involving post-concussion care and other neurological challenges. He’s committed to lifelong learning and to helping patients build long-term health through the principles of the 100 Year Lifestyle.

Beyond the Office
Dr. Sleppy married his wife, Jennifer, in 2006. Together they have four children and live on a horse farm in Creekside, PA. Outside the clinic, he’s a dedicated family man who loves the outdoors – especially elk and whitetail deer hunting – and stays active in his church community at Graystone Church in Indiana, PA.
He lives by a simple mantra: serving God and serving others.
